Mr. Leonard Nana Ampong is a highly accomplished tax and operations professional with strong expertise in taxation, compliance and *debt management, operational strategy, and investment facilitation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), bringing a unique blend of financial, regulatory, and information systems auditing competence to organizational leadership.

He currently serves as a Tax Enforcement, Debt Management & Compliance Officer at the Ghana Revenue Authority, where he plays a key role in strengthening revenue mobilization, regulatory compliance, and financial accountability.

At Samanti Group, Mr. Ampong serves as Director of Operations – Investment Facilitation, leading operational efficiency initiatives, supporting business expansion strategies, and facilitating investment opportunities that drive sustainable growth across the Group’s diverse business sectors.

His professional experience also includes serving as an Accounts Officer at Donewell Life Assurance Company and a Direct Sales Consultant at Bayport Financial Services, where he gained extensive experience in financial services, customer relations, and business development.

Beyond corporate leadership, he serves as Director of the Kenneth Kofi Anim Foundation, contributing to community development, social impact initiatives, and philanthropic programs focused on empowerment and sustainable transformation.

Mrs. Georgina Addae Anim is a highly dedicated, experienced, and results-driven professional serving as the General Manager – Import & Sales, Event Rentals, and Food Service at Samanti Group. In this strategic leadership role, she oversees the company’s core operational divisions, ensuring excellence, efficiency, and consistent service delivery across all business units.

Born and raised in Accra, Ghana, Mrs. Anim began her educational journey at Faith Community Baptist School in Madina, Accra. She later attended Agotime Senior High School in the Volta Region, where she developed strong leadership qualities and a passion for enterprise. She is a proud graduate of Cape Coast Technical University in Cape Coast, Central Region of Ghana, where she studied Fashion—an academic foundation that sharpened her creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.

Professionally trained and experienced in Culinary Arts, Import & Sales, and Event Planning, Mrs. Anim brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic management to Samanti Group. Her expertise enables her to coordinate imports efficiently, drive sales growth, manage event rentals seamlessly, and deliver exceptional food service experiences that exceed client expectations.
